The Color difference key effect isn’t the only tool you can use on Hitfilm to remove a green screen, there are two other tools that can be helpful to you if the first option didn’t work for your case or gave bad results: Hue and RGB key Other ways to remove the green screen on Hitfilm Just make sure you keep the edges crisp especially if the video will take a big part of the frame. Make some changes to those parameters until the background is completely gone. View Matte: the view matte option will change the video to black and white to make it easy for you to fix the edges Gamma: This option will help you get more crips edges. Max: This option will give you control over the amount of the subject you want to keep, how much you want to keep Min: this option will let you control the amount of background you want to delete.
